Capel Curig , the start of today's trek holds the title of the wettest place in Britain


Moel Siabod and Llynnau Mymbyr from the ascent of Cefn y Capel


To the north is the A5 & the Carneddau range


Further to the right are Pen-yr-Helgi-Du & Pen Llithrig y Wrach

Descending towards the farm at Gwern Gof Isag to join the old Holyhead road back to Capel Curig
