Dee Valley Inversion

The sun rises to the east from Trevor Rocks


Early morning sunlight on Castel Dinas Bran

There's some low cloud in the Dee Valley


The low cloud thins out as it passes above Llangollen to the left


To the right of the Dee Valley is the Llantysilio Mountain


Castel Dinas Bran again now the sun is higher in the sky


We're further to the west now above Llidiart y Parc


Looking across to Bwlch Coch & Caer Drewyn


The cloud inversion is quite extensive to the west of the Dee Valley

It's gone midday now and the cloud is still lingering , seen here from Creigiau Llangar near Corwyn

In the distance behind Mwdwl-eithin are Snowdon , Moel Siabod & the Glyders approximatly 30 miles away

The cloud stretches south west towards Bala , The Arans , Rhobell Fawr & Arenig Fawr are in the background


With the cloud now dispersed there's a super view over Corwyn
