First sight of Raven Crag

On Raven Crag summit looking down on Thirlmere's dam and overflow

On the far side of Thirlmere are Raise , Whiteside & Helvellyn Lower Man

The southern view along the length of Thirlmere

Close of the pass of Dummail Raise flanked by Seat Sandal & Steel Fell

And to the west are Armboth Fell and in the distance Ullscarf

To the north is The Benn

The final fell of this walk is the heavily wooded Great How

On Castle Crag summit now looking along Shoulthwaite Gill
